If there is a dispute or disagreement regarding the interpretation or any other aspect of this User Agreement between the parties, it shall be submitted to an independent arbitrator appointed by Grabatoz LLC. The decision of such an arbitrator will be conclusive and binding on the parties involved. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Dubai, under the laws of the UAE.
Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All forms of reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and any other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to Grabatoz.com on or by this Site, or disclosed, submitted, or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the “Comments”), will become and remain the property of Grabatoz.com.
By disclosing, submitting, or offering any Comments, you are granting Grabatoz.com a global, perpetual, irrevocable right to all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Comments.
